About us
Our mission is to manufacture soil tillage units (compactors) according to our clients’ wishes. Our machines have been constructed, tested and improved in Latvian fields ever since 1993. These compactors are greatly suitable for our types of soil, as well as climate conditions and traditional soil tillage technologies.

BEWO offers light, aggressive and extremely fruitful soil tillage machines, designed for preparing ploughed fields for sowing through single tillage, showing high operational speed and low fuel consumption.
Our machines are made 2-10 meters in width and, therefore, you can order a compactor most suited for the power of your tractor and area of the land to be tilled.
All spare parts for the compactors (bearings, chisels, cultivator shanks, arrow-shape ploughshares) can be purchased from us as well as other dealers of agricultural machine spare parts.
When constructing and manufacturing these machines, we pay special attention to simple and fast replacement of individual parts.
The compactors are EU-certified, with two-year-long period of warranty.
Soil compactor K1
BEWO K1 compactor is made for tilling ploughed fields for sowing crops and rape seeds. This soil tillage machine shows excellent properties in smoothing ploughed fields by preparing the scarified layer of the soil 3-5 cm in depth.
K1 compactor is well-known in Latvian fields due to its operational abilities working in different types of soil. K1 compactor guarantees low fuel consumption (starting with 3l/ha) as well as high efficiency (up to 140ha/12h).
BEWO K1 compactor is made for tilling ploughed fields for sowing crops and rape seeds. This soil tillage machine shows excellent properties in smoothing ploughed fields by preparing the scarified layer of the soil 3-5 cm in depth.

BEWO compactors have 5 performance zones, together guaranteeing smoothing, crushing and scarifying of a ploughed field.
FIELD TILLAGE
You must only do a single trip in 20-30° angle against the ploughed field, provided that the following is true:

the ploughed field is even, without large waves,

there are open furrows or double furrows,
-
the field is not too wet or arid,
-
the soil is not impure with weed roots (couch-grass) and the surface of the soil is free of plant remains (straw),
-
the optimal operational speed (10-16km/h) is secured.

Soil compactor K2
THE PERFORMANCE AREAS OF THE BEWO K2 COMPACTOR
BEWO K2 compactor is based on 4 operational zones, guaranteeing accurate-depth soil tillage as well as loosing, crushing and smoothing of the soil.
The soil tillage machinery K2 enables you to smooth ploughed fields, as well as till and crush the surface in an accurate depth.
K2 model compactor is even more aggressive. The machinery has even more adjustment options allowing you to till the soil in an accurate depth (up to 10 cm) which is a crucial precondition for even and simultaneous sprouting of sporadically sowed seeds (corn, peas, rape, beans, beetroots etc.), thus avoiding competition among the plants in various stages of growth.
BEWO K2 soil tillage machines are made 2, 4, 6 and 8 meters in width.
